This long-term photographic survey examines the public housing developments, infrastructure, and surrounding landscape of Coney Island’s West End. Made over more than fifteen years, the photographs form a visual archive of an urban environment shaped by structural racism, environmental injustice, Hurricane Sandy, and unequal public investment.
